When you scan, the image is sent through our server to Google Gemini, which reads the vendor, date, amount and similar fields. Google does not use it to train its models under our API terms. You can always enter details by hand instead.
A charge in another currency is an estimate (≈) until your card statement shows what the bank actually took. Once you import the statement it becomes settled (=), and your totals use the real figure.

You can clear all your data yourself in Settings → Data → Clear all. To delete the account itself, email [email protected] and we will remove it and everything tied to it.
