A receipt and expense ledger for freelancers and small businesses. It reads your receipts, matches them to your card statement, and keeps the books your accountant asks for.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 3 receipt scans a week and 1 workspace, and needs no card. You can always add receipts by typing the details yourself.
Where can I use it?
In any web browser today. An iPhone app is on the way, and it will use the same account.
How does the AI read my receipts?
When you scan, the image is sent through our server to Google Gemini, which reads the vendor, date, amount and similar fields. Google does not use it to train its models under our API terms. You can always enter details by hand instead.
What do ≈ and = mean on a foreign charge?
A charge in another currency is an estimate (≈) until your card statement shows what the bank actually took. Once you import the statement it becomes settled (=), and your totals use the real figure.
Can my accountant or team get access?
Yes. Invite people to a workspace and choose what they can do. Everyone else sees nothing.
How do I get my data out?
Export your receipts as CSV or PDF from the app — ready to hand to your accountant.
How do I delete my account?
You can clear all your data yourself in Settings → Data → Clear all. To delete the account itself, email [email protected] and we will remove it and everything tied to it.
