Draft. These terms have not yet been reviewed and are not in force.
1. The service
Ceipty lets you record receipts and expenses, read receipts automatically, import card statements and match them to your receipts, and export your records. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Ceipty. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Your data
What you put into Ceipty stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you — for example, to read a receipt you scan. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accuracy
Automatic reading and exchange-rate estimates can be wrong. Ceipty helps you keep records; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Check your figures before relying on them.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. [PAID PLAN TERMS — billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds — to be written when paid plans launch.]
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Ceipty to break the law, to store content you have no right to, or to attack or overload the service.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Ceipty and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. Liability
[LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — to be written with legal advice.]
9. Governing law
[JURISDICTION — to be confirmed.]
